PURPOSE: A construction material is provided to prevent the material from becoming twisted or bent by preventing dew condensation and to absorb humidity using carbon based materials. CONSTITUTION: A construction material is composed as follows. A rectangular or square frame body(3), surface and back plates(7a,7b), polypropylene resin based nonwoven fabric with air permeability are formed. Multiple small holes(6) are formed on the surface and back plates. Multiple partition parts(5) are formed by dividing a space formed by the frame body and the surface and back plates.
