The assembly has transferring cylinders (14, 20) adapted to transfer ink or damping liquid, where the transferring cylinders have a central axis (X-x) and resonance frequency in a radial plane. A dynamic damping device (30) dampens radial vibrations of the transferring cylinders and arranged inside the transferring cylinders, where the resonance frequency of the transferring cylinders is frequency of a flexion vibration mode of the transferring cylinders. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an inking or damping unit comprising a liquid supply device (2) a printing unit comprising a cylinder carry-strainer.
