PURPOSE: An anti-skid tire composition and a tire using thereof are provided to secure the abrasion resistance by weathering tread rubber contacting the road surface, when being applied to a tread of the tire. CONSTITUTION: An anti-skid tire composition is produced by mixing 100 parts of rubber substrate by weight, with 5~90 parts of anti-slip particles by weight formed with a component selected from the group consisting of tungsten or cemented carbide having the particle size of 0.01~5 millimeters, artificial diamond, cbn, corundum, ceramic, metal ceramic, and new-ceramic.
