PURPOSE: A surface light source and a fabrication method thereof are provided to reduce loss of light in a light incident unit of a light source. CONSTITUTION: Two substrates(3-4,3-5) are separated. A light source(3-1) irradiates light between the separated substrates. Reflecting coating(3-2) is formed on a substrate. Penetration holes are formed on at least one substrate. |
