SOLAR CELL MODULE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A solar cell module and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the reduction of the optical efficiency by eliminating a rear electrode excluding a semiconductor layer. CONSTITUTION: A lower electrode(110) is formed on a substrate(100). A P-layer(120) with a P-type dopant is formed on the lower electrode. An I-layer(130) composed of an intrinsic semiconductor is formed on the P-layer. An N-layer(140) with an N-type dopant is formed on the I-layer. An upper electrode(160) is formed on the N-layer.
