PURPOSE: A device for cleaning a gap between teeth is provided which removes the risk of a slip phenomenon due to the use of dental floss. CONSTITUTION: A device for cleaning a gap between teeth comprises: a body part(10) in which a low opening and a top opening are formed; a bobbin(30) which is equipped inside the body part and in which dental floss is wound on the outer circumference; an elastic member(50) equipped inside the body part; and a pressing member(70) which controls the rotation of a bobbin by moving upward and downward inside the body part and in which the top end portion is exposed outside the body part through a penetration hole of the body part.
