BOAT SYSTEM OF TEST HANDLER

PURPOSE: A boat system of a test handler is provided to remove dust or foreign materials attached on a sensor using the air discharged from an air blower hole formed on the incline of a guiding member. CONSTITUTION: A buffer(200) stores the semiconductor device of a test tray supplied by a stacker of a loading unit. A pre-sizer(300) is installed on one side of the buffer. A sorter part(500) comprises a plurality of sorting tables for sorting the semiconductor device from a T-tray(400). One or more supporting parts(700) are installed on one side of the sorter part.
