PURPOSE: A grinder for repairing the surface of a concrete structure is provided to rapidly finish a repair process by spraying silicon for finishing material simultaneously with a cutting process during a repair work. CONSTITUTION: A grinder for repairing the surface of a concrete structure comprises a gear case(30) and a cover(40). The gear case has an inlet hole(31) and an airtight member. One among air, water, and silicon is injected into the inlet hole. The airtight member is formed on one side of an axis hole. The cover is coupled with one side of the outside of the gear case and seals the inlet hole. An inlet nipple(41) is installed outside one side of the cover. Combining spirals are formed on the gear case and the cover.
