The system has a modification device (120) modifying a relative position of a hydraulic jack (20) that generates an effort to a rear opening (5) e.g. hatchback, for changing a direction of an assisting effort applied to the opening along a relative position of center of gravity of the opening, at a body of a motor vehicle e.g. car. The jack is arranged between the body and the opening of the vehicle. A connecting rod (21) i.e. rectangular sectioned metallic plate, connects the jack to a liner (9) of the opening.
