PURPOSE: A negative electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte battery, and the non-aqueous electrolyte battery including thereof are provided to prevent the degradation of the cycle ability of the negative electrode generated from slipping of breaking a metal material. CONSTITUTION: A negative electrode for a non-aqueous electrolyte battery is applied to the non-aqueous electrolyte battery including an non-aqueous liquid electrolyte with lithium ions. The negative electrode includes a porous carbon material formed with carbonaceous materials formed with pores, and a metal carbon composite material located on the surface of the porous carbon material. 1~65mass% of porous carbon material is mixed with 100mass% of metal carbon composite material.
