An apparatus for control a power generating system for hybrid vehicles is provided to solve failures of answerability in case control nature of a revolution number is increased. An apparatus for control a power generating system for hybrid vehicles comprises the followings: an engine system consisting of an engine, a measuring unit of rotational frequency of the engine, and an engine control unit; a first electric generator system consisting of a first electric generator, a first measuring unit of rotational frequency of the first electric generator, a first electric generator control unit; a second electric generator; a gear unit; an electricity storage unit; and a control part.
