PURPOSE: A device and a method for controlling speed of a fuel pump driver are provided to accurately confirm the state of the device and to precisely control the speed of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling speed of a fuel pump driver comprises an input unit(11), a display unit, and a control unit(19). The input unit selects a control mode, a duty mode, and an operation mode for controlling the operation of a motor. The display unit displays the state of the selected mode. The control unit outputs a PWM signal to a motor driver for controlling the operation of the motor.
