PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic circuit control system for a forklift for preventing overturning, by adjusting an operation speed of an actuator in response to a state of the forklift. SOLUTION: This hydraulic circuit control system is provided with a first pump P1 and a second pump P2 for supplying a hydraulic fluid to the lifting actuator 4, and is provided with a main valve V1 interposed between the first pump P1 and the actuator 4, an adjusting valve V2 interposed between the second pump P2 and the actuator 4, and a control valve SV for switching pilot pressure of the adjusting valve V2, and is also provided with a cargo detecting means 1 for detecting whether or not the forklift holds a cargo, a travel detecting means 2 for detecting whether or not the forklift travels, and a control part 3 for operating the control valve SV based on a cargo signal N from the cargo detecting means 1 and a travel signal R from the travel detecting means 2.
