PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber structure and a fiber product which are provided with a soft and slimy texture unique to extrafine fiber and uneven patterns. SOLUTION: The fiber structure with recess parts and projecting parts which is relatively projected compared with the recess parts is obtained by forming recess parts on the fiber structure which contains filament fibers A of the single fiber diameter of 1,000 nm or below by embossing or etching.
