PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly perform a walk-in operation for changing a seat back in a forward tilted attitude by a lock release system even if the backrest angle of the seat back is electrically adjusted. SOLUTION: The seat back 2 is connected to a seat cushion 3 by an electrically driven reclining device 4. The seat cushion 3 is divided into a front part 3A and a rear part 3B which are rotatably hinged to each other. Normally, the parts 3A, 3B which are rotated about a pivot 3C are locked by a lock device 10. When the lock device 10 is released by the operation of a walk-in lever, the seat back 2 is changed in a state in which the seat back is integrated with the rear part 3B and rotated forward about a hinge connection pin (pivot 3C) to the front part 3A.
