PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molten metal supply apparatus which can form stable sealing width and enhance bonding strength stably when a molten metal is filled into a gap between a pair of plate materials. SOLUTION: The molten metal supply apparatus includes a supply cylinder having a flow path of the molten metal and a guide plate mounted on the supply cylinder crossing a discharge port which discharges a molten metal flown through the flowing path. The protruded part of the guide plate is inserted relatively into the gap between the outer edges of the pair of plate materials arranged at upper and lower positions and is moved along the outer edge so that the molten metal discharged from the discharge port is guided to the gap between the outer edges. In the guide plate, a notch part is formed from a front part, which faces moving direction when the guide plate moves, to the tip part facing the protruded part. The notch part comes across a part of the molten metal which is discharged from the discharge port during the movement and flows along the main surface of the guide plate. Also, the notch part is formed in a manner that the molten metal, which has come into the side face of the notch part by crossing, flows out to the tip direction and to the protruded direction.
