摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet ejection method capable of highly precisely setting the amount of ejection of liquid material from a droplet ejection head in an imaging state. SOLUTION: The droplet ejection method using the droplet ejection head which has a driving element for ejecting the liquid material comprises: a preliminarily heating process S1 for preliminarily heating the droplet ejection head; a preliminary ejection process S2 for ejecting the liquid material from the droplet ejection head which is preliminarily heated; a weight measurement process S3 for measuring the weight of the liquid material ejected from the droplet ejection head after the preliminary ejection process S2, as a real ejection amount; and a drive signal controlling process S6 for controlling a drive signal applied to the driving element based on a measurement result of the weight measurement process S3 and a temperature of storage liquid as a temperature of the liquid material stored in the droplet ejection head. The preliminary heating is performed at least at two different temperatures on the preliminarily heating process S1, thereafter, the preliminary ejection process S2 and the weight measurement process S3 are performed at respective temperatures and, by using the obtained at least two real ejection amounts, the drive signal controlling process S6 is performed.
