PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeling matching device, a feeling matching method and a program for extracting users who have similar modes of the temporal transition of a feeling to content. SOLUTION: The feeling matching device connected through a network to a user terminal for presenting a user whose feeling is similar to that of a user who uses the user terminal is configured to store a feeling tag the user has applied after every lapse of time to content data which can be reproduced according to the lapse of time for every user, and to generate the transition information of a feeling to the content data based on the stored feeling tag, and to compare the generated transition information for every user, and to extract the user who has the similar configurations of the temporal transition of a feeling based on the comparison result, and to present the extracted similar user to the user terminal.
