PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a ratio frequency band of a wideband of≥15%, even in a small antenna of a simple structure. SOLUTION: A cylindrical wideband antenna includes a pipe-shaped whip element 10 with a hollow inside, and an internal element 12 is inserted into the hollow provided in the whip element 10 from the bottom. The bottom end of the internal element 12 is connected to a ground 13, and the bottom end of the whip element 10 is connected to a feeding part 14. The feeding part 14 is connected to a radio equipment circuit. Impedance matching to the feeding part 14 can be performed in accordance with the outer diameter of the internal element 12 and the insertion length of the internal element into the whip element 10.
