PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which can transition to a probability variable state by using a method different from the past, and to provide a probability varying method and an information storage medium. SOLUTION: A central control part 14 generates a number of 0 to 9 using random numbers when a Pachinko ball passes through a digital start chucker 21, and displays the number after rotating a first LED display device 22 for a predetermined time. When the number is a predetermined one (e.g. 3 or 7), this subroutine is called. The central control part 14 opens a tulip 20a for a predetermined time in the step S200, and determines whether or not a Pachinko ball enters a special prize wining hole in the step S201. In the step S203, the central control part 14 varies a second LED display device 23, starts a second variable game, determines whether or not the numbers are all the same in the step S204, and raises the big prize probability when they are all the same to end the subroutine in the step S205.
