PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-based resin composition which excels in the balance between normal temperature/low-temperature impact resistance, low-temperature brittle temperature, and tensile elongation at break and heat distortion resistance, and rigidity. SOLUTION: The propylene-based resin composition comprises (A) a polypropylene-based resin, (B) ethylene-α-olefin based copolymeric rubber and (C) a not less than 90% hydrogenated A-B-A type block copolymer, and have a dispersion morphology in which the component (A) forms a continuous phase in which the component (B) is present as a dispersion phase (first dispersion phase), and furthermore, a dispersion phase in which the component (C) is dispersed at the interface of the first dispersion phase and/or in the first dispersion phase [second-a dispersion phase] and the continuous phase [second-b dispersion phase], respectively, at a ratio of formation of the second-a dispersion phase to the second-b dispersion phase by the component (C) of 30/70 to 85/15.
