PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal composite material which includes electromagnetic wave (millimeter wave) transparency without using expensive metal, such as indium, and excellent decorativeness. SOLUTION: The metal composite material (10) of the electromagnetic wave transparency includes a metal film (12) where metal regions (14) are formed into regular islands on a resin base material (11), an area of the metal region (14) ranges from 0.001-0.81 m2and an interval between the adjacent metal regions (14) and (14) ranges from 0.01-0.06 mm, and includes -5 to 0 dB absorption ratio for 1 to 110 GHz electromagnetic wave.
