PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punching device capable of accurately position-detecting a slide member for selectively operating a plurality of punching members by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The punching device includes the plurality of punching members 40 divided to two or more groups; a drive motor M; transmission means 50, G1 for transmitting rotation motion of the drive motor to the punching member; the slide member 50 provided on the transmission means and being reciprocated at a predetermined stroke; a position restriction stopper 28a provided on at least one stroke limit of the slide member; detection means Sh, 60a for detecting the position of the slide member; and a control means 60 for controlling the drive motor based on the detection result of the detection means.
