The chinese cabbage with salted seasoning is ripened in the low temperature less than 15‹C over 3 year, and The kimch juice is pieced out by a hand and separated from the ripened kimchi, and the kimchi juice of 27~33 weight% and pyogo power of 67~73 weight% are mixed. |
