PURPOSE: A PLA fabric water repellency processing method using organic/inorganic composite silica and an ultraviolet ray grafting method is provided to prevent harmfulness with a high molecule of a fluorine system frequently used for water repellency, thereby providing a superior water repellency fabric. CONSTITUTION: A PLA fabric water repellency processing method using organic/inorganic composite silica and an ultraviolet ray grafting method applies distributed liquid in which organic/inorganic composite silica is distributed on a PLA fabric, adds a photo initiator, and harden the PLA fabric. A precursor of organic/inorganic composite silica is vinyl triethoxysilane. An average particle size is 100 to 3000nm. The amount of adding a photo initiator is 0.5 to 10 weight% of a composite silica particle amount. The amount of irradiating an ultraviolet ray is 0.5 to 10 J/cm^2. |
