PURPOSE: A copper alloy sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to achieve a Cu-Ni-Si alloy sheet with low anisotropy and high tensile strength over 700MPa. CONSTITUTION: A copper alloy sheet comprises nickel 0.7~4.0 weight%, silicon 0.2~1.5 weight%, tin 0.1~1.2 weight%, zinc 2.0 weight% or less, magnesium 1.0 weight% or less, cobalt 2.0 weight% or less, iron 1.0 weight% or less, and copper and inevitable impurities of the rest amount. The average crystal particle size of the copper alloy sheet, which is determined with a section method based on JIS H0501, is 6~60μm.
