<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a method for obtaining from roasted brown rice, at least two kinds of beverages having different viscosity and hardness, and a rice gruel-like product; and to provide the product. <P>SOLUTION: The method for obtaining the beverages and rice gruel-like product includes: boiling roasted brown rice and water or hot water of ≥15 times the amount of the brown rice at low heat for 40-80 min followed by filtering; and separating the product into roasted brown rice hot water and a solid part so as to manufacture and ingest a beverage as roasted brown rice hot water or roasted brown rice water. The solid part is sold as patient food or for an elderly person as the rice gruel-like product. Thus, 100% of roasted brown rice as the raw material is efficiently used to cause no waste and effectively use resources. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
