<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plug body prevented from coming off due to sterilization, vibration or change with time while preventing a leakage of contents from a fluid port when the plug body is engaged with the fluid port. <P>SOLUTION: The plug body has a head having a circular penetrating part in the center, a cylindrical wall part projected from the outer periphery of the head, and a seal part projected toward the internal space of the cylindrical wall part and fitted and integrated with the head in the circular penetrating part, wherein the head and the seal part are integrated in two colors by injection molding.
