PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure information on the tissue of a fundus oculi, especially on the thickness of the retina from the fundus image stereo-photographed with light of different wavelengths.
SOLUTION: The fundus of an examined eye is stereo-photographed with prescribed parallax via a fundus imaging optical system (S100), and the captured stereo fundus image is color-separated (S101) in a three-dimensional shape measuring process for the fundus of the examined eye by using the acquired left and right parallax images. The acquired color-separated stereo fundus images with different wavelength components are respectively subjected to a depth information measuring process (S103) for obtaining depth information of a particular fundus region. Then, a thickness information measuring process (S104) is performed for obtaining the difference among the depth information respectively obtained from the stereo fundus images with different wavelength components in the depth information measuring process as thickness information of a specific fundus tissue. In addition, a spatial frequency filtering process (S103) is also performed for an image of a particular wavelength component.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
