<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical tomographic imaging apparatus for taking a tomographic image by irradiating the different regions of an object to be inspected using light composed of a plurality of measuring lights and setting the characteristics of an optical system so as to fit them to those regions. <P>SOLUTION: The optical tomographic imaging apparatus is equipped with on OCT system for taking the tomographic image using synthetic light wherein a plurality of the respective return lights due to the irradiation of the object to be irradiated with a plurality of the measuring lights are allowed to interfere with reference light and also equipped with a scanning means for scanning a plurality of the measuring lights, an irradiation means for irradiating the different irradiation regions of the object to be inspected with a plurality of the measuring lights scanned by the scanning means, an adjusting means for adjusting the irradiation position of the object to be inspected with a plurality of the measuring lights radiated by the irradiation means, and a detection means for respectively detecting a plurality of the respective return lights due to the irradiation with a plurality of the measuring lights and the synthetic light wherein the return lights are allowed to interfere with the reference light. The detection means is constituted of a plurality of spectral diffraction means and a sensor, and at least one of a plurality of the spectral diffraction means is different in the spectral diffraction width of the synthetic light acquired by the sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
