PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forming method of a conductive film superior in electric conductivity and easy to be manufactured, and the conductive film. SOLUTION: The forming method of a conductive film comprises a stage in which a mixed solution in which at least one of a metal precursor and a conductive polymer material is mixed is formed, a stage in which the mixed solution is atomized and injected on the surface of a substrate so that a conductive structure may be formed, and a stage in which a carbon nanotube is combined to the conductive structure so as to improve electric conductivity.
