PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinge mechanism for a door which improves an adjusting operation by easily adjusting a door mounting position, and can mount the door in a desired position. SOLUTION: A fitting and insertion hole for a supporting shaft provided on a fixing-side mounting plate is formed in a bearing block in such a manner as to penetrate a bottom surface to a top surface. A through-window from which an operation portion of the vertical adjusting screw is exposed is formed at one supporting plate in which a vertical adjusting screw brought into contact with the supporting shaft from above is screwed into a female screw engraved above the fitting and insertion hole and on which longitudinal and horizontal adjusting screws are exposed. The longitudinal, horizontal and vertical adjusting screws are exposed on the one supporting plate, so that the operation of longitudinally, horizontally and vertically adjusting the supporting shaft from the side of the one supporting plate can be performed from the same direction.
