PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified polyolefin resin composition having excellent adhesion property relative to a hardly adhesion substrate with a less calorific value by an easy method using a simple apparatus, a composition containing the resin, and a manufacturing method for the composition suppressing reduction of mechanical characteristics of a material polyolefin. SOLUTION: The modified polyolefin adhesive resin composition can be obtained by melting/kneading (a) 100 pts.wt. of a polyolefin resin, (c) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of a monomer containing an ethylenic double bond and an acidic polar group in the same molecule, (d) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of an aromatic vinyl monomer and (e) 0.01-10 pts.wt. of an epoxy group-containing vinyl monomer as indispensable components in the presence of (b) 0.01-5 pts.wt. of a radical polymerization initiator.
