<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive compound excellent in flexibility, chemical resistance and rapid curability of a cured coating and recyclable from waste plastic; and to provide a photocurable resin composition containing the same. <P>SOLUTION: Preferably, the photosensitive compound is obtained by depolymerizing a polyester (a) with a polyol (b) having 2 or more hydroxy groups per molecule, and further reacting with a compound (c) having a functional group, which can react with a hydroxy group, and an ethylenically unsaturated group. Preferably, the polyester (a) is a recycled polyester, the polyol (b) component includes at least trimethylol propane, and the compound (c) is preferably an acrylic acid or methacrylic acid or a derivative thereof.
