<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for quantitatively assessing cavity wall motion efficiently while reducing variations in observer-based assessments. <P>SOLUTION: The method is for mapping center point 42 trajectory of a body cavity. In the method, a first plurality of images 36, each image comprising an unmasked portion 40, are acquired, a position of the center point 42 of a masked part is located in each of the plurality of images, and a map is plotted based on variances in position of the center points 42 from each other, and then the map is displayed on a display. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
