<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive separator for a fuel cell that satisfies various required properties such as conductivity, corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and thinness, and an easy and low-cost method of manufacturing such a separator for a fuel cell while retaining high accuracy to design dimension. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the separator for a fuel cell is provided with a process for taking a mold of a resin intaglio from a convex mother die equipped with a concave groove, a process of filling solventless conductive resin ink containing a conductive filler and liquid resin in the molded resin intaglio, a process of transferring the resin intaglio with the conductive resin ink filled onto a substrate, and hardening the solventless conductive resin ink, and a process of peeling the resin intaglio from the conductive resin coating on which the conductive resin ink formed on the substrate is hardened, in that order. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
