PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve user's satisfaction by enabling a user to easily identify desired content on the basis of the given information.

SOLUTION: A keyword providing section 52 reads a predetermined keyword from keyword information 51 in response to a request from a keyword acquiring section 81 and provides the read keyword. A content title providing section 62 provides each of the titles of extracted content in response to a request from the content title providing section 82. A content title processing section 84 processes the title of the content acquired by the content title acquiring section 82 on the basis of processing rules supplied from processing rule data 83. A processing rule updating section 85 updates the rules stored in the processing rule data 83. A content specifying section 86 calculates, for example, the similarity between each of the processed titles and the keyword to identify the title of the content corresponding to the keyword.
