<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply facility to be easily installed and charged. <P>SOLUTION: In the outlet charging device 1, a cash slot 6 receives cash for receiving power supply. A counting part 7 counts cash. A cash storage part 8 stores cash. An extraction part 9 extracts cash from the cash storage part 8. A cash return slot 10 returns the extracted cash. An outlet 11 supplies power to a plug. A limit switch 12 is closed when the plug is inserted into the outlet 11, and a corresponding NFB 14 is set to a closed-circuit state, to start supplying power from a main power source 15 to the outlet 11. An electric energy meter 13 measures electric energy. A processing part 2 acquires the total amount of deposits from the counting part 7, and acquires electric energy instruction values at the start and end of use from the electric energy meter 13, and calculates energy consumed, and calculates a power rate.
