<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for reducing a load of a user in the system including a print control apparatus and a printing apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The printing apparatus and the print control apparatus obtain apparatus information and specify each other by exchanging the apparatus information. An information processing apparatus refers to a database associating data to be set to a printer driver and information indicating acquisition sources of the data with each other, to determine which of the printing apparatus and the print control apparatus the data to be set to the printer driver should be obtained from, and obtains data from the determined printing apparatus or print control apparatus to reflected the data on settings of the printer driver. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
