PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a punch die having a punch tip to be freely detachable from a punch body. SOLUTION: The punch die is constituted so that a punch body 41 integrated with a punch tip 77 having a punch blade part 101 on its lower end is provided in a cylindrical punch guide 17 in a vertically movable manner, a punch driver 31 projecting upwardly from the punch guide 17 is integrated with or integrally provided on the punch body 41, and a stopper spring 35 is elastically equipped between a punch head 33 provided on an upper end of the punch driver 31 and the punch guide 17. The punch tip 77 has a disk-like punch tip body 103 having an outer circumferential surface to be tightly engaged/disengaged with/from an inner circumferential surface of a circular engagement recessed part 97 formed in a lower side of the punch body 41, and the punch blade part 101 is provided on a lower side of the punch tip body 103.
