PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a weak-sighted person's wrong attachment. SOLUTION: Each button of a color guide button 16, a capacity guide button 17, a time limit guide button 18 and a method guide button 19, and a speaker 13 are provided on a surface of the ink cartridge 20. A cartridge control part 24 of the ink cartridge 20 is equipped with a cartridge information storage part 24a which stores information related to a color, a capacity and a time limit of the ink contained in the ink cartridge 20; an attachment method storage part 24b which stores information related to an attachment method to an attachment part of an inkjet printer; and an audio signal generating part 24c which outputs the information stored in the cartridge information storage part 24a or the attachment method storage part 24b to the speaker 13 by converting the information to an audio signal when the buttons 16-19 are operated.
