PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake control device capable of achieving highly accurate braking force at a low temperature. SOLUTION: This brake control device 10 includes a master cylinder 14, a power hydraulic pressure source, a wheel cylinder 20 for imparting braking force to wheels by receiving supply of brake fluid from at least one of the master cylinder 14 and the power hydraulic pressure source, an electromagnetic control valve provided in a passage for communicating the master cylinder 14 or the power hydraulic pressure source with the wheel cylinder 20 to control flow rate of brake fluid to be supplied from the master cylinder 14 or the power hydraulic pressure source to the wheel cylinder 20, an ECU 200 for controlling current made to flow to the electromagnetic control valve, and a temperature estimation means 54 for estimating the temperature of brake fluid. The ECU 200 energizes the electromagnetic control valve in a range which does not affect the braking control according to the estimated temperature of the brake fluid. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
