PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold release film excellent in releasability and moldability, without formed into extremely heavy separation, in a manufacturing process having a film stretching process, for example, for manufacturing a molding-simultaneous transfer foil or for the like, and of film-forming thinly a release layer in accompaniment to a film deformation, by using the release layer capable of making an elevation of a separation force as lower as possible in accompaniment to thinning of the release layer, so-called a release layer capable of making application thickness dependency of the separation force as lower as possible. SOLUTION: This mold release film is provided with the release layer containing a mold release agent (A), a thermosetting compound (B) and a binder polymer (C), on at least one film face, and satisfies expression (1) F2/F1≤3 simultaneously.
