PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display panel which has metal glossiness, at the same time, can represent a beautiful pattern, can perform gradation-expression of transmission light of a backlight and, therefore, can represent a more beautiful pattern. SOLUTION: The information display panel comprises: a metal layer which has metal glossiness and is laminated on one side surface of a support; and a pattern layer which is partially formed with ink having light-shielding property and is laminated on the other side surface of the support, wherein a part where the ink is formed in the pattern layer includes a part which is gradation-printed by screen printing, and a decoration layer including a part gradation-printed by offset printing is laminated on the one-side surface side of the support.
