PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of easily eliminating air remaining in a pump device. SOLUTION: The pump device includes: a pump operation part 20 performing operation for generating a liquid flow; an upstream side connection pipe 30 disposed at an upstream side of the pump operation part and including a first introduction port taking constant temperature water W which is an object for circulation into the pump operation part 20; a sub-connection pipe 50 disposed between the pump operation part 20 and the first introduction port and including a second introduction port for taking air-bleeding water W1 supplied from a system different from a supply system of the constant temperature water W into the pump operation part 20; a downstream side connection pipe 40 including the first delivery port disposed at a downstream side of the pump operation part 20 and delivering the constant temperature water W; and an air discharge pipe 60 for bleeding air.
