PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition that has stain preventability over a long period of time after curing (even if immersed in hot water) to dust such as smoke and a cloud of sand in automobile exhaust gases floating in the atmosphere, and can stably exert stain preventability even after storage. SOLUTION: This curable composition includes: a crosslinkable silyl group-containing resin (A), a fluorine-based surfactant (B) and a compound (C) which formes a primary and/or secondary amine when reacted with water. The crosslinkable silyl group-containing resin (A) is preferably a crosslinkable silyl group-containing polyoxyalkylene resin which may be modified by an acrylic and/or methacrylic polymer, and/or a crosslinkable silyl group-containing polyacrylic and/or methacrylic resin.
