The present invention relates to a multipurpose terminal apparatus which can be generally used in an airport or a bank, and in public offices and classrooms, etc. The multipurpose terminal apparatus is configured such that first display means and second display means are installed in a front direction and a rear direction, respectively, to display advertisement images and electronic board output images, thus enabling viewers to view electronic board output images during a lecture, and enhancing advertisement effects at the same time. The multipurpose terminal apparatus of the present invention is also configured such that users can be provided, on a real-time basis, with information such as the meaning of each item or examples to be filled-in for documents such as an application form, from a virtual character display portion and a help providing portion of a document providing unit, to thereby reduce user input errors and increase administrative convenience. For this purpose, the multipurpose terminal apparatus of the present invention comprises: a main body in which a variety of media devices including audio, video and a DVD players and a computer are accommodated; a top plate unit mounted on the top of the main body and equipped with an electronic board which enables electronic writing using an electronic pen, voice input means, and operating means with a keyboard and a mouse; and display means installed at one side of the top plate unit. The display means includes a pair of first display means and second display means installed on one side of the top plate unit, wherein the first display means and the second display means output images in a front direction and a rear direction, respectively, and the first display means outputs advertisement image information, and the second display means outputs information which is being outputted on the electronic board mounted on the top of the main body of the terminal apparatus. |
