The device (10) has an illuminant (11) e.g. bulb and LED, and a reflector (12) tiltable around the illuminant and axes. A wheel (17) is arranged at the illuminant for pivoting the reflector, where the wheel is provided with perforations. The wheel has an opening into which the illuminant is insertable. The reflector has an opening into which the illuminant is insertable. The illuminant is clamped between a negative pole (13) and a positive pole (14). Metallic contacts (15, 16) are provided at ends of the illuminant and make an electrical contact between the illuminant and the poles.
