Insulated concrete (Q) with a lambda -r heat conduction of less than 0.25, preferably 0.22 W/mK under the use of lightweight concrete, preferably expanded clay, and a minimum strength of greater than LB 8/9, preferably LB 16/18, after DIN 1045-2, is claimed.
