<p>PURPOSE: A touch screen device is provided to implement a high resolution touch screen by densely and finely configuring a scanning line structure. CONSTITUTION: Scanning channels(20) correspond to a touch sensing region and includes an input line(21) into which a scanning signal is inputted and a scanning line which is connected to the input line. Touch scanning circuits(30-1,30-2) judge the touch point in a touch sensing region based on an electric feature value of the scan signal. The input and scanning lines include switching circuits at an input terminal and an output terminal. A control unit(60) controls the switching circuit to alternatively scan the left and right portions of the scan channel.</p> |
